Combine Discord’s native AutoMod with Weepy’s configurable message filters.
Two systems, separate controls
Native AutoMod runs through Discord’s rules. Weepy’s local filters handle configured phrases, invites, links, spam, and supported names or media. Manage Server is required for native AutoMod; most local filter commands require Manage Messages.
Inspect and set up AutoMod
Inspect existing rules first. automod setup creates or repairs Weepy-managed rules. Configure the alert channel and exemptions before enabling them.

Use the filter commands below to configure only the checks you need. Phrases, invites, links, repeated messages, fast messages, and supported names have separate switches. filter names requires Weepy to have Manage Nicknames.

Native AutoMod role and channel exemptions are separate from local filter ignores and whitelist rules. Inspect both. filter automod status explains the native integration state and its limitations.

automod disable stops Weepy-managed native rules without removing them. automod remove deletes those rules. filter reset removes local terms, settings, and exemptions. These actions are not interchangeable.
